1) What makes Triple Scoop Music different than other music licensing companies?
For starters, We're the only music licensing company that was founded specifically for professional photographers and videographers. While many music services offer lower-quality, generic sounding tracks created in small project studios, Triple Scoop Music offers real, world-class songs from acclaimed songwriters, recorded in some of the music industry's top recording studios. We're proud to say that many of the world's top image makers endorse Triple Scoop Music.

2) What does my purchase price cover?
Each song price includes a single-user, lifetime license to use the music in your photo slideshows, promotional videos, on your website, and even as "on hold" music for your business. The license is meant to cover the primary music needs of photographers, videographers and multimedia profesionals. Please click the "Our License" tab above to read the full license.
If you need music for corporate use, multiple studio locations, subscriber services or Film/TV use we also offer custom licensing options. Contact us for details.
3) How did you get Grammy winners & award-winning artists to participate?
We (The founders of Triple Scoop) are all accomplished songwriters and artists ourselves. We're proud to have many talented friends in the music business who loved the idea of supporting the community of professional photographers,videographers and multimedia professionals!
4) Are there any restrictions on how/where I can use the music?
Yes, there are a few restrictions with the standard license we offer. Make sure to click the "Our Licenses" tab above to read the complete license.
5) What if I want to use the music in TV, Film or Radio - or other advertising & commercial products?
Please note that if you are interested in music for TV, Film, Retail DVD projects, or for any other project not covered in our standard license - just call us or send an email at music@TripleScoopMusic.com and we can work with you to create a custom license that covers your specific needs. We're ready to assist you with incredible music.
6) How do I download the music I've purchased?
After you check out - click the "account" link at the very top of the page. You can log in, view your licenses and select to download either a CD-quality ".Wav" file or an MP3 file. You can import these files into your photo slideshow, website, or video editing programs.
7) Can you make me a custom CD of my favorite songs?
Absolutely! When you checkout - you'll be asked if you want a CD of your purchased songs made just for you. We'll create a custom DATA CD from your selected songs and mail it to you. And in the meantime, you can still click on the “account” link to download your songs.
8) How do I use your search Engine?
Here are some reccomended tips for searching using the Triple Scoop Search Engine (located on the left side of each page):
- STEP ONE: select a theme under the 'Find Songs For'
- STEP TWO: Click the 'Find Songs' button
- STEP THREE: Start listening!
Now that you've found a ton of great music, you can 'filter' your results by adding other search criteria:
- MUSIC STYLE: list even more by selecting a music genre in the STYLE drop down
- VOCAL/INSTUMENTAL : Want just Vocal Songs or just Instrumentals? Select either from the VOCAL/INSTUMENTAL drop down
- ARTIST: Choose an artist from the drop down or simply click the artist's name to see all songs by that artist
9) I want to edit the length of my licensed songs. Can you help me?
If you need to edit the length of a song, try using a free program such as "Audacity", available at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
10) I can't figure out how to listen to audio previews.
If you do not see the music preview player, you probably need to update your web browser's "flash" player. It's easy to do, fast & free. Click here to visit the adobe website and update your flash player. When you return, you should be able to view the audio preview buttons and hear the songs!
